This is to give you notice that Torre Realty has the following business relationships described below. Because of these relationships, a referral to one of these businesses may provide Torre Realty a financial or other benefit.

You and your clients are NOT required to use We Fund Lending as a condition for the sale or purchase of property.

Other settlement service providers with similar services are available. We encourage you and/or your client to shop around to ensure that you and/or your client are receiving the services and rates that fit your and/or their needs.
